Leave the M62 at Junction 21 (Milnrow) and take the first exit off the roundabout onto Elizabethan Way, signposted Rochdale. Go straight on at the traffic lights onto Rochdale Road and straight through the next set of lights onto Milnrow Road. At the next set of traffic lights go straight across and then first right into Pickup Street, second right into Livsey Street and first left into Summer Street. Lion Springs is on your left.
